I got 50 kreds and i wated to get 30 platinum. When i got it it said that my purchase was unsuccessful and now i have no kreds at all and no platinum. Someone please tell me why?

What’s your character name and I’ll get it sorted out? You can always email support@mososh.com if you have a problem. I tend to read the forums as well but email might be a little more of a direct route if you have an issue like this.
