How did I get my Max Item Tier to Legendary and what is the chance for a legendary item?
you increase your max item tier in raids by doing more damage: doing more damage (gaining bonus levels), being the raid caller and raid slayer all increase your chances of better loot and platinum.
hope that helped.
should be an additional tier of loot for the people that do all the modifiers? Like, if you summon AND solo AND use scrolls…
