You said the rewards would come out for the event which hundreds of your players participated in, on a DAY YOUR NOT WORKING?!

seriously. this is not an issue you can just let go. you’ve told us for two weeks it was the 29th, and now you wont even release an official statement… this should be an event on the calender apologizing for your huge mistake.. this is not something you brush under the carpet!
fix it, tell us a date, or compensate us. this is RIDICULOUS

Come on now, we have been getting treated like shit since CoG has came on this website. You guys said the 29th and now because it’s a work day they can’t do it? shouldn’t they have had a system set up for this event 2 weeks ago? Look Kongregate, you need to tell Leo on the CoG forums to get off his lazy ass and complete his event. This is mad ridiculous that people have spent tons of money and those who did work for top 5 can get screwed out of it before their work day. This is the day they said for TWO weeks that the 29th we receive rewards. COME ON NOW!

wow…. still nothing. nice to be ignored. Leo even said on CoG that he would fix it. how long does it take to give the top 10 their rewards? :/ if you wait 2 days until your “back to work” ill be very upset _’ your now what, 14 hours past your deadline? :/

Seriously now, if kongregate doesn’t have staff to handle this type of situations, then they need to hire or appoint some one better because this is getting out of hand. Not only are people getting screwed out of what they worked for, we get no reply’s on the complaints we do have. There’s no organization between the two websites and this is making a lot of us players angry. I’m really getting fed up with the bs we have to go through just to get little to no reply’s back. Do we seriously have to have some one with a Kongregate plus account just to reply on this post to get a reply back? This is getting out of hand and i’m sure the people who pay out of their pocket, their hard earned money to buy kreds and get treated like this is sad…I’m starting to see as time passes on, Kongregate and their staff along with CoG does not care about their customers.

you will get your rewards as soon as possible, so keep cool dude.
On some events it took them a week to give the rewards out. On other events the rewards came the second the event was over.
All the needed inforamtions are there. CoG knows exactly who made a top rank and will give rewards to those people.
Be glad you will get your rewards.

As for Leo… Leo, Nico, callofgods… all those accounts… there is not ONE person only running those accounts.
Different people take care of all PR accounts on all web sites this game is running on.

You never will know, of if you talk to the same person or another person, when you start a talk.
Many people already stated that the person(s) here on kongs callofgoods account are the same as on the main site, because they talk in the same way, make the same mistakes, use the same sentences… so again: you don’t talk to a special peron, you only talk to several PR dudes. Often one of them doesn’t know what the other one answered on your first question, when you got another question. But that’s common since it is a shared job.

That’s crazy that staff would use 1 account for multiple things. They should each have their own accounts with multiple people dealing with different parts of the company itself. If they feel things will be late then they should make announcements about it. People put to much time and money into games like this for them to be unorganized. There’s no excuse to why these type of situations aren’t handled in better manners rather then leaving paying customers in the dark. When you go to a store and spend money out of your pocket for a specific product, you don’t want half of your product, you don’t want a third or two-thirds of your product, you want what you pay for. No matter what kind of business, game industry, food industry, car industry or whatever, these situations should always be taken care of. There should be no delays on getting out this type of information and if there is, there should always been an announcement before or on that day of the event.

The main issue here is info and details. Without that, you have a bunch of pissed off people who will only end up leaving these type of games and websites, which means money out of their pockets. There will always be new customers but over time these type of situations cause websites like these to go under and forgotten about.

The thing is, regardless, customers are always right…no matter what industry you work in :/.

Seriously? if it takes you 19 hours PAST your deadline, with you guys SERIOUSLY working on it, just to send 10 players a few items… it would take you 1500 years to code a game like call of gods.

An hour? theyve been messing around with us all day. getting real old. saying they are going to fix it, but really, theyve taken there full 24 hours now. thats there day off. :P they didnt fix it. just stalled. a whole day late on your deadline, simply because you made a mistake X_X <—— of course, cog wont even admit that they messed up. but next time, please, check that your working on the day your events are supposed to run. :/ please.

LOL remember all that stuff they told us about, “were working on it, we will give it asap” and then they said it would take 4 business days? and the only reason they didnt do it in the first place is because it wasnt a “work day”???? yea well those devs are Lieing. BADLY. 4 business days? after non stop complaining and contacting there corporate sponsers, they JUST gave us our rewards. and you know what? it didnt take them 4 business days. seriously, if you guys have a problem with CoG, do NOT let them walk over you. COMPLAIN until you get what was promised, or until they fix what should already be fixed. this is a COMPANY. a REAL company, who uses kongregate.com which is apart of GAMESTOP. do NOT allow them to treat you this way. Gamestop is “power to the players” make them prove it.

We complained, and they finally got off there lazy bums and did what they should have done 24 hours ago. so for everyone out there who says “this is the way it is, deal with it you cant make a difference” you are the reason its so hard to get things done. when you have a problem, get it fixed instead of letting people walk over you. kthanks. glad they FINALLY Fixed this major issue after TWENTY SIX HOURS of bothering them.

And no CoG, do not expect me to be happy with you. Thank you for YOUR attention.
