Do you mean your gem cant be stack. If it is, please tell us your character name, server, gem name and are they bound or unbound?

hoping that this will be corrected soon … a consumer REALLY tired by having to explain EVERY STEP too many time…

I clicked the “Finish” button to complete the build of my castle from level 10 to level 11. The build had approximately 30 minutes to complete so the cost was 5 coupons. The clicked to accept using coupons but instead the build ended. Clicking on the finish and accept buttons CANCELLED the build and I lost all of the resources for it. I didnt get credit for clicking the finish for the daily quest.

Hello Cog, I have an issue…

On S4, my character, BadgeEarner.s4 received an Arctic Light from D8H on timekeeping mode just now (13:15 game time)…but my inventory was full! D:
It would mean alot to me if it were possible to recover such a gem…

Just went back in and the castle is level 11…so must have just bugged out and fixed on reset.
