How can I get gift activation code?

When I am get to Kingtree and ping to Falyara who is guiding me, offering a gift but when I click on the get gift field, it doesn’t working as well as doesn’t showing any activation code. Please help me to gain this!!!!!!

There are no working gift codes for Kong servers.
