51 Summoning Horn Experiment

I performed a summoning horn experiment with 51 rolls. Here are the results of any heroes purple or greater. The summoning horns have a total game value of 510 gold, or $51.00 (non-VIP).

I agree I wouldn’t want to pay 51.00 for that pile of shit either.

I used 250 horns around Christmas, because we all got a bunch of coupons, got one orange. It’s pretty useless.

anyone who spends gold on horns is an idiot and deserves to get nothing, if ur gonna spend gold spin it, you got a higher chance of getting a red there than from BoA or horns, and spin costs same as BoA if ur not VIP
otherwise use it to get t3/gems/gear off AH or buy VIP, rest is useless

i dont see anything that is worth spending my money for really. there are some item in the 50 gold spin that would spend my money but why would i spend money on something that i only get a chance to get? if i were to buy gold i would use that gold to buy something i want not something i might get a chance to get so the wheel is useless to me

I used around 120 horns since I joined a winning race in the father’s day event and I got 3 oj heroes in near the middle and end, so I still believe coupons are mainly for summoning horns. So I’ve gotten 3x the results of EdTheHead with about half of his uses. So based on that you can all make your decisions. And I know its supposed to be random, but with each oj I’ve gotten the pot seems to be going down- can anyone else relate? Just out of curiosity. I know its just a fluke but I want ojs with more than 55 pot!

wut DaemonVower said. ghostgatts u are one of the very rare exceptions to the rule apparently. In my experience when it comes to this game its very rare to to get a decent hero using coupons, and for most I promise you itd be a waste if you wasted your coupons trying. The free wheel spin is.. again, for most of us, a useless frustration. As for the 5g spin, you’d be better off waiting til the item u want shows up in the ah rather than spend 5g for a mere chance at it. The 50g spin… Sure, I’ve seen some of the best items of the game won on it, but honestly who among us would be willing to spend the gold it takes to use it even once, never mind the many spins it’d take to win a fair amount of items. Worse yet, some who do use the 50g wheel, end up attempting to sell the items they get from it on the AH for the greediest, most ridiculous price they can think up, 300g. 400g. I think most of us, even if we had all the cash in the world to burn, would hopefully still not spend it to buy that 400g item… or on the wheel or game for that matter.
