goals credit issue

After a long break from the game, I logged in to see what new.
I notice there are new goals, because some goals was completed before the release I am not getting credit for it. How do I received these goals completion credit?

If there no way just say so, then i can quit this game for every.

I am on S4 and character name is ppppp.s4.

Listed under hero, 5 Orange heroes. I have 10 orange heroes.
Not sure how I can get image with all 10 orange heroes displaying at once.

Listed under equipment, Formations, Varies Formation and Strategist.

Listed under castle, Grade 20, Grade 18, Grade16, Grade 14, Grade 12, Grade 10, Grade 8, Grade 5 and Grade 3.
