I’m at R25 too at the moment, and since R20 or so I’ve been going with demons+faceless from the start until Qid gems, then mercenaries (basically LF with LS changed into Moon Blessing), then from around 20 Dvg it’s non-unique goblins all the way until reincarnation. Resets every time I feel like it, usually at 10x my current gems late game.

I’m curious – why do you say (for run 5.1) “you’ll regret buying C80”? I held off on C80 as you recommended, but when I _finally_ unlocked C135, its bonus was only a few percentage points higher than C80’s (and I run an autoclicker almost constantly, so it’s not that my clicks are low).
If I had bought C80 when it became available, my run would have been much faster (with no difference in total end-of-run production capability).
[Edit – ignore me, I’m an idiot. I forgot that C80 only boosts neutral buildings.]

Hey,
Im at R16 with 1.2e71 gems atm. This guide really helped me get the researches in the right order. Thanks for making it. Tough im a bit confused about how to get gems. In the guide and in all posts here everyone mentions all kinds of bloodlines except fairy. And i just wonder why? Because my fairy bloodline gives me 17.7k% exta production right now. It just seems thats more usefull than about 6k % + production from titans, or just more mana regen. Is there something im missing here, should i be using another bloodline?

Fairy bloodline only works on farms/inns/blacksmiths.
So if you’re relying on any other building for production, Titan bloodline is much better.

This is a great guide which helped me a lot to understand research and get through the first steps! I started a week ago at R16/1.5e71 gems and finished today the last research. In a few hours I will have the lst gems to reincarnate to R17.

can anyone help me out on getting s135 unlocked? i’m following the guide here and section 6 is “quick” researches to get after having gotten all the 135s visible. i’ve gotten everything else in section 6 unlocked, but i can’t seem to get any higher than 4500-4550 enchanted fields before i stall out, so i can’t make it to 5k. i’m using fairy bloodline. should i be using a specific set of researches already unlocked? the only tree i could get more than 4 in is craftsman and i’ve been leaving C105 out (production over faction coins). i’m r16 with 1.007 tvg (1.007e72) gems.
given that it’s supposed to be quick (and all the others from that section were) i suspect i’m missing something obvious. any thoughts what it might be?

it might be worth making a minor update to the guide for c50…
run 2.7 is noted as “completely optional” and says you’ll get all these unlocked on run 5.1 – one of which is c50. however run 5.1 makes no mention of c50, so i got to the end of the guide and now see i have to make another run to get 1B faction coins. the world obviously won’t end, but if i would have been close on run 5.1 it would’ve been nice to just get it done then before i abdicated.

Sure. Surprised this needs added – I’m kind of surprised you didn’t get it on 5.1!
Did you use an external autoclicker to speed it up/not use Tax Collections for growing D55? Or now that Vanilla Flavour Juice and Know Your Enemy are available, extra gems makes all this stuff easier and you just don’t need to worry about building D55 any more?

i don’t use an autoclicker, so i guess that could be it? the main thing is that i could have been 1 faction coin away from getting it on 5.1 for all i know. but it wasn’t listed in the 5.1 run and i had simply forgotten i was supposed to do it at that point since finishing 2.7 so i didn’t even check how close i was.
that aside, great guide – much appreciated!

well, that’s the one spot in the guide you come out and say what to use, so it was elf with titan bloodline. i was following the guide pretty closely, i’d have had all the researches unlocked by the guide at that point (except for those in 2.7). i know i left it overnight, so it was going for at least 8-9 hrs. the only other thing i can think of is maybe i accidentally closed my browser when i’d have meant to leave it open?

Ok. I think you should have been at about 10% of the required FC if you had only been casting Moon Blessing the whole time. If you were doing Tax Collections alongside it you probably would have made it. I’ll add that detail in!

I have a Problem with getting to 135 Researches. Problem is that Elf don’t nearly get enough coins to get A105 and even so I’m getting lots of Faction coins and clicks, I can’t advanced as I can’t buy the 105 research upgrades.
Any tips?
I’m at 1e71 gems.

so your problem is getting more coins to afford the 105’s, do you really not know what faction will get you more coins.

something is really wrong, at e69 even the most [redacted by mods – no profanity, please] could finish it. you sure you bought buildings? cast spells? bought royal exchanges? have the game open?

What order are you casting spells? If using an autoclicker you want to use CtA and Moon Blessing and then Holy Light. If you can afford to use Surge than you could alter it to CtA or MB then Surge, then CtA or MB. If no autoclicker then MB must be used and try to combo with SS and CtA, in that order(only if you can get both). This could lead to a few lucky hits in the short window with all 3 up.
Also make sure to buy every upgrade, even if it doesn’t seem like it will help, and use Titan bloodline.
If after 3ish hours(tops) you still can’t get it then you should follow Steve’s advice(or just do that right away if you want to try something new. Again buy all research you can and use their own bloodline for that faction.

Well, turns out, after researching (not the ingame mechanic but reading some stuff in the forum here) a bit, I could push my gem count with the lightning build quite some more to 1e73 and was now able to get the 105 researches.
I still don’t know how I could have done it without 1e71, having bought all the upgrades and researches available (except the 105s), i only got to 1e142 coins where I needed ~1e144 for the 105s.
But oh well, it all worked out in the end.

hello there, i dont know if you play the game or helped alot of noobs in that range of the game ( i have..)
but you would be surprised what stuff can be forgotten (or never understood at all).
some of the things i said were a bit over the top (leave the game open, hell wouldnt even surprise me if some1 tried to do it offline though). but some of the others are stuff ppl actualy forgot to do before complaining they couldnt progress.
i understand you might not like the language i used… well…. too bad? i try to not be a total dick, but i also not gonna treat everyone like they are 3 years old when i try to help them.

do you have vannila flavour juice? its an artifact which makes unlocking all the research a joke.
also: have a look at your excavations. doubling those has a way bigger impact than just doubling your income (there are multiple things dependend on your number of excavations) just be sure to dump them in a faction which might give you a artifact maybe (2 birds 1cup or something like that)

I don’t understand the references to A-25 1 & A-25 2. Was this an older version where two unlocked at the same point, 25, and they’ve since been unbundled? Is the A-25 2 equivalent now sitting at 30, for example?
