You wont actually have FCs to get higher tiers. You only need 1e16 FC to get secrets of the warrior and the first tier of DB costs 1e15. You use God's Hand when you don't have 11 target GB. If you have 11 target GB it is the better choice. The ideal setup is FC + 11 target GB

OK, makes sense. I forgot the lack of unique buildings at that stage (and was reminded of it elsewhere). Considering how painful it is to get there in the first place, I think it is a safe assumption that people will have GB11. *EDIT: Actually, artcrow below seems to prove my initial intuition right - GB and DB are indeed the strongest pre-unlock spells.*

Strange, I'm at 8h45m and only 8.2e39 fairy FCs out of 25e39. My W275 is at 7e6%, S400 at 85k. I did just pick up Seraphim2, which netted me 100k extra max mana. Maybe that will help. R84 with 1e107 gems, if that data point is of interest.

I've been looking around and don't really get the point of getting fairyline to L25 first. I get that assistants don't really do much for neutral mercs fc find and that undeadline wouldn't nescessarily be much better for that. But wouldn't goblin or faceless lineages be faster due to having more max mana and spells cast?

You don't need to be mercs when you get the 8000 excavations. Just to be safe you can save and export before doing the excavations if you want, then import if for some reason you don't get the obsidian shard.

Chance are his preparation run are really huge, I am not sure why our result are so different.

Choose Undead Bloodline instead of Fairy and replace GB with FC.

I should have said I that I did undead first, not fairy. And my s400 was only 3000 when I started, didn't even check w275. And r82, e100 gems when I did that in 9 hours

R90. It seems that short runs won't be enough there: at R89 my last run was >2h and the total time was ~6h. Getting e120 gems will require some longer runs. 540 rubies and 3 gifts.

Testing at R84 with 168e105 gems, 85k S400 and Seraphim 2 for ~33k. At 20 minutes in I have 3.14e39 undead FC, so linearly (don't see much growth) I should hit it in 3h20m. This one is the bomb for getting that initial L25. Edit: It sped up a bit later on. Final time for UL25 was 2h6m for me.

Really good for FC, after 40mins I already have 1.7e40 FC. S400 23k, seraphim 2 35k, e108 gems, r84.
