This should go into either general gaming or kongregate sub forum.
However if you are using a windows it should be in
C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#Shared Objects\
if you copy this you should retain your saves.
For mac
/Users/****/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/#SharedObjects/
linux:
/home/your user name/.macromedia/Flash_Player/#SharedObjects
Just copy it into the new folder in your system and you should be fine.
