REAL Enjoyment! (locked)

Not mine, not yours, but real enjoyment is the discussion.

Is it an illusion, or a truth? Some would say that emotions are highly subjective, so there is no real way to prove for or against such a concept. But as for me, I believe in such.

My sense of ‘real enjoyment’ is based on sacrifice. Its the form of enjoyment that cannot be taught, only obtained by experience. It defies all logic, slays all reasoning, and simply desires to exist in the first place.

But who would ever achieve such a sacrifice if so, let alone be able to prove their sense of enjoyment? It seems like an impossible fate.

I assume you’re talking about emotions, which, yes, are a highly subjective experience.
Very hard to pin down in terms of an actual definition, and then there the people who experience them differently (or not at all). So I suppose it would be impossible to prove enjoyment.

It was sorta directed to emotions, but the logic of enjoyment as well. You see… On the forum games section, there is an issue of our sense of enjoyment over what is seen as abuse.

I am intentionally defying a law to prove just how foolish it is to have that law in the first place. All for the sake of justice and control.

My sense of enjoyment sees most forms of control as abusive in the first place. Any kind of force to me – is abusive.
And in this case, its directed towards my actual sense of enjoyment – cutting off the legs of those who even try to make a decent game – and worse, it “seeminly” does nothing to improve the quality of those games.
