Tell your girlfriend and tell her why you did it.

Hopefully she will leave you as she can clearly do better, but if she is weak she will stay with you but at least you will feel better for having told her, though as you didn’t mind cheating in the first place I am guessing you’re the sort of excuse for a man who doesn’t have remorse
