Canada is part of North America and the U.S. is a country, I’m so glad you know that.
> Fact: North America, South America, and (if you think like I do) Central America are continents.
> Fact: “America” is not a country or continent.
Sorry, Central America is not considered a continent. “America” is the U.S. (You can’t call an American a non-American) As stated below it is an abbreviation.

Most of the “Facts” are your opinions.

When did hardass become synonymous with dick? America is a very common, legitimate abbreviation for the United States of America. Convention gives us 7 continents and Central America is not one of them.

You forget Atlantis 11!
Seriously though, I like Canada, nice people, beautiful country, and economic trade buddies.
Though I don’t care for socialized health care…

Atlantis wasn’t a continent. Researchers recently have found evidence of a city on the place that Plato described where Atlantis was.

My dad personally owns a shotgun and we’ve gone moose hunting together many times. It’s perfectly legal and we’ve done it many times.

What did the moose you shot ever do to you?
And what did you do with the moose? Did you shoot if for ‘fun and sport’ and then let it rot away with pellets in it? Does that make you feel more macho and mainly to shoot Moose?
I am trying to understand the logic.

Good Politicians? WHERE?
As a Canadian, I can say the Americans i’ve met didn’t have a problem with me as far as I could tell, and were nice people.

I’m going to live in Canada, the place is beautiful (british side for me) Calgary is awesome. They are really eco-freindly, and I’m tired of over-polluted cities.

Same, though a different area. ;P Got a college scoped out, a job offer already waiting, and an apartment to move into with two friends. Can’t wait. Just need to fill out all the annoying paperwork. . . But it’ll be worth it, I hope.
Most of the Canadians I’ve met have been awesome. I haven’t seen any hate for Canadians around here. . . Then again, I haven’t exactly been “looking” for it. . . Not that I want to start, of course! I don’t see a problem with the country or the people, though.

bq.(and its extremely difficult to own a fire arm in canada, a pistol is hard enough, but a shotgun, yes of course, we all believe you.) actually, in ontario it is almost impossible to own a pistol, but you can get almost anything else. I know a guy who easily got a licence for a 1700’s black-powder musket

Relationship between Canada and U.S.:
America and Canada are great friends, but America is that kind of college drunk who always seems to get into bar fights, and Canada is that hippie sort with noodles for arms, but nobody would ever want to hurt them.
Hooray for triple cheeseburgers and maple syrup.

Why would Central America be it’s own continent, isn’t it part of North America? I mean, I see the border of Panama and Columbia as the border, If you were to kick it out of North America, culturally you would want to put it in with South America…
