Entropy. |

Religion. |

I would either delete Hate, Religion, or Entropy. 1) Not hate in it’s righteous form, like “You killed my family, I hate you,” but hate as in “Oh, he’s gay. Let’s beat him to death!” Or “His skin is a different color! We should treat him differently, and view him as a being lower than us!” 2) Not religion as a common bond of hope and inspiration, but the religion that corrupts and manipulates others to spread itself. 3) Just get rid of Entropy |

Nothing. If God wants it removed then He’ll remove it. But still in my own personal opinion I wouldn’t remove anything. Things happen for a reason and if that reason is taken away who knows what could be altered. |

The first human meets the last dinosaur and is eaten. Planet Earth lives happily ever after without us. |

Maybe God wants you to remove it, using you as his instrument. Possibly. |

In the stories/novels I (try to) write, the final boss would always be the personification of Evil itself, the Origin of All Evil. I would like that removed. If one reduce the meaning of life to its barest core, it’s all about seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. So why not remove all that causes pain and negative emotions? Because then there will be no meaning to life anymore. So we live, just to seek an empty existence. Because once we lived to achieved what we wanted to achieve, then there will be no point to living and achieving anymore. So why live at all? That is my ultra cynical view on the meaning of life. Null. Void. |

With the basis of this thread being that it changes everything…. deleting anything would be worthy of a Darwin Award. I cannot speak of the negatives or positives of deleting any specific thing, but deleting ANYTHING is likely to make it so that you don’t exist. Killing yourself in order to create a world you will never have existed in (which brings up a whole bunch of theoretical questions) is not a great idea! But if I had to pick something, I suppose I could be specific and label something that could ONLY affect me after birth and only affect me in a positive way…. for instance, all actions I have personally taken that have affected or will affect me in a negative way, based on how I would feel (IE that small negatives in the short term are worth big positives in the long term, etc. I’m assuming the god-machine can figure out the details.) |
