You are permitted to use mochi in your games. However, mochi is automatically ‘suppressed’ on Kongregate, meaning their advertisements will not show up. If your game is hosted on other domains the mochi will work as expected. (If you only have it on Kong and you want to make money if someone steals your game use mochi as well!)
