I would like to do detailed stats for my game, way beyond the capabilities of Kongregate. Something like Playtomic (except my own server/software). Is this allowed? No extra bandwidth on Kongregate’s part, but I may track the username and what they do, which levels they beat, how long they take, etc.

I believe it is allowed, however I think you should provide a note in-game and prominent saying that you will be tracking them that specifically. (Tracking user’s uniquely is what is kinda iffy to me)

It is infact illegal in some countries to track someones computer usage habits without their consent, I’m sure Kongregate get past this with their terms of services etc. I don’t think that will cover you however, a note in the game description or in the game itself should suffice.
