Bad words on words game

I´m creating a game were you are supposed to build words with the letters you get. And I´m having a really hard time deciding exactly what words to take out of the game and what words not too. Cause I don’t want player to be upset cause there are words missing but i also don’t want them to be upset because of the bad words in the game. Does anyone have a good list or just some general tips? Thank you.

You could use an external dictionary website to ensure all words work (not sure how to be done however)

Instead of looking for words to exclude, you might find it easier to think of it as finding the words to include. Look up various Scrabble/Words-with-Friends word lists online. They’re lists of all the “legal” words one can play in the games. In this way, these lists already exclude foreign words, proper nouns, slang, and offensive words. The work is (basically) already done for you in that regard. Getting that list into the game is another matter entirely.
