#### Forum Rules
**1. The General forum is intended to be used for general game play conversations. Some examples:**
* Deck building
* Campaign and Battle advice
* Discussion about mechanics or features
* Forum games and contests related to Stormbound
* Basic game play questions and help.
** The Technical forums are intended to discuss technical issues & feedback. Some examples:**
* Bug reporting that *does not* require individual account support.
* Card Balancing Ideas & Suggestions
* Feedback for developers
** Threads or posts pertaining to Stomrbound's 3rd party channels such as Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Discord may be hidden.** If you have a concern or complaint regarding those channels; please reach out to the moderators or accounts of those channels.

**2. Bug Reporting, Support Requests, and Feedback**
* Check the list of [Known/Reported Issues and Bugs](https://stormbound.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001688531-Known-Reported-Issues-and-Bugs) first.
* If you need to report bugs or share feedback for the developers, please use the [Technical Issues and Feedback Forum](http://www.kongregate.com/forums/955765-technical-issues-feedback) – any threads that belong there will be moved. Duplicate threads may be locked in order to reduce clutter.
* If you require support, please [submit a ticket](https://stormbound.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to the support team.

** 3. Be Polite**
* Threads or posts that include insults, harassment, strong language, spam, threats, other offensive material, and posts with the intent of spreading false information will be modified/hidden/locked. This includes those directed at Admins, Mods, or the Development Team.
* Spam can be anywhere from repeated posting, irrelevant / off-topic posts, heavily nested quotes, posts that do not contribute to the conversation, and more.
* Please keep in mind that all levels of players post here: be mindful that your expertise is extremely helpful to those who have just started. Do not mock new players.
* Posts that contain information about how to hack, cheat, or otherwise manipulate the game in a way it was not intended to be played will be removed. **Stormbound makes regular sweeps of cheats, hacks, and/or exploits. Offending accounts will be reset and players will need to contact support for more info.**
Repeatedly breaking these rules may result in a temporary silence or permanent ban.

We're so happy to see how much the Stormbound Community has grown, thank you! Lately, we've noticed growing negativity towards others on the forums, social channels, and other chats.
Connecting with you all is a big part of how Stormbound grows and improves. Players of all levels of experience or spend are important to the sucess of this game. How each person chooses to support a game is their personal choice and they should not be harassed for it. Also, worry not! We've got many plans for the continued growth and improvement of Stormbound for ALL players.
So, we ask that players remember one of our first rules: Be Polite.
Why does this matter?
We engage in our players for the sake of building a better game that considers what the players actually want. Please do not detract from this purpose or discourage new players from trying out Stormbound by causing or fostering toxicity, negativity, and hatred towards others. Even the most critical of feedback can be shared respectfully.
We aim to keep improving both the game and the community and can't do this without your help.
