Description
Dans Pipe The Paint, le joueur doit utiliser son inventaire de tuyaux et sa capacité à faire pivoter les tuiles pour remplir tous les réservoirs de peinture à chaque niveau. Comment jouer
Utilisez la souris pour faire glisser les tuyaux depuis votre inventaire. Cliquez sur les tuyaux dans le jeu pour les faire pivoter.

L4 seems impossible to complete on rank 3 as well: seven moves to connect the tanks with three vertical pipes and seal the top tank, and 13 moves to complete the indicated solution (reach the T in the back and seal the tanks by rotating the pipes in the front).

I can promise you all levels can be completed at rank 3. As for why it takes two moves to replace a tile and clockwise rotation only, those were simply design decisions. Keep at it though, the best solutions often aren't the ones your eyes are drawn to right away.

Also, what sense is in not allowing counter-clockwise rotation _and_ not counting three clockwise rotations of the same tile as one move?

L3 seems impossible in 4 moves: two moves to replace the marked bent piece (why is it 2???), one to rotate it correctly, one to rotate the other tube at the end of the bottom line, and one to fix the top line.
