Description
Jeu de plateau traditionnel joué avec des pierres noires et blanches, originaire de Chine. Le joueur noir commence. Chaque pion doit être placé à l’intersection. Le premier à aligner 5 pions gagne la partie.
Comment jouer
Placez vos pions sur le plateau pour aligner 5 à la suite en diagonale, verticalement ou horizontalement. Empêchez votre adversaire d’en faire autant !

JohnSteel I'm sorry but you are made of fail, although the computer takes all moves into consideration it does not have cleverness or forthought, and is easily beaten.

1) Nope.. Go comes from China (-> Wikipedia), but Gobang comes from Japan
2) Maybe because it is NOT go, but gobang - it's another game on the same board and with the same stones
4) Did you notice that there is a skill setting for the AI? :P Guess you played against the dumb easy ai
On good settings the ai is quite good, indeed, reminds me of the normal AI on http://www.kongregate.com/games/pin7/renju
