Good idea, but you might want to polish a bit more. you could have animations or a visual hint, because at times I didn't know what was going on.

I understand the concept, but using pg up and pg down seems quite different. Why not WASD and the arrow keys?
And why not make them both move in a maze? Or a layered maze? Making only one move up and down really limits the choices and thus can make it easier to figure out. Besides that, good start :)
