Experts say that when faced with near death experiences a person can accomplish daring, unthinkable feats. I bet those experts were never chased through a corridor with fetid hands chasing them or having to dodge pipes and boxes that some lazy janitor just happened to leave lying around.

I want to speak to the landlord! This hall is a disgrace! There are boxes, pipes and air conditions units scattered about everywhere....... oh, and a demonic creature keeps chasing me too.
