Fun, but save points would be welcome!

Just added the 'Challenging', 'Minimalism' and 'One Button' tags this game deserves. Challenging because how far has everyone got again? Minimalism cos the graphics are basic shapes and the dev used minimalist in the description. One Button because the only action you can perform is a jump with up, space or left click. varied control options but still doable with one button. Remember to rate and tag. Just saying. I kinda want to see other people try to match my (perfect) high score. I rated 5* and Pressed '+' on 'Platform', 'Running', 'Good Music' and 'Action' and added three other tags (see above). tl;dr: Rate and tag, I rated 5*.

Thanks a lot! I'm glad you like it! By the way, level 3 is definitely possible... just keep trying! ;)

I'm also having problems with save points. It saves which checkpoints I get to, but I can't start at them again. It makes the game kind of tedious. Otherwise, great game. Lots of fun.

Thanks! The game does remember exactly where you failed the last time, but I purposely chose to not let you restart at a "checkpoint", because having to start over again is actually meant to be part of the challenging nature of this game. However, if it really is something a lot of people don't like, I'll consider adding it to the game.

Level 3 may or may not be impossible. I jumped almost Pixel perfect and got 530. How on earth did I get 531 on the first attempt again? Guide to Shifts: Lv1: Shift1 - adds spikes and changes colour, Shift2 - reduces view distance and changes colour, Final Shift - adds more spikes, restores view, adds MASSIVE randomly moving pink circular obstructions that cover the path and changes colour. Lv2: Shift1 - add spikes and the usual, Shift2 - blocks view around character and ..., Shift3 - colour change, Final Shift - extra spikes and shifting colours for everything. Lv3 - Shift1 - adds spikes and ..., Shift2 - adds spike/s and ..., Final Shift - ???.

Interesting Game, Level 3 is a fun reverse. That spike after the second shift though... Tried 5 times to pass it. The added spikes in Level 2 are worse than Level 3 though. Level 2 - add spikes EVERYWHERE. Level 3 - Add spikes in the worst possible places. Level 1 is a breeze but as I said REDUCED VIEW DISTANCE on shift 2. 'shift' means the points at which the level repeats harder and with another colour scheme. I LOVE THE CHALLENGE. 5/5 all round. SUPER FUN JOY RIDE OF DIFFICULTY. 'Losing is fun' - Dwarf Fortress quote, 'Git gud' - Dark Souls quote. Let me try to beat that spike again...
