Either broken, badly programmed, or incompatible with my computer. I can move what appears to be an open burlap sack left and right in an almost black hallway. I see faces and white and red dots. But I can't do anything but move left/right. Zero other interaction with the game.

That's what actually is supposed to happen. The way to finish a level opens semi-randomly, so you may just be unlucky. But it may also be kinda broken. It was made with Unity 3 but I build it three years later with Unity 5, so something could have gone wrong.
