Description
Un twin-stick shooter façon Asteroids. Starfire : Asteroids of the Swarm est un jeu d’arcade twin-stick inspiré d’Asteroids, mais avec une progression unique de niveau et d’équipement façon RPG. Le jeu propose une sauvegarde cloud, donc ta progression est sécurisée et liée à ton compte Kongregate. Si jamais tu perds ta progression, envoie-moi un message privé et je la récupérerai pour toi. Mais cela ne devrait pas arriver. Amuse-toi et n’oublie pas de noter !
Comment jouer
WASD + clic gauche. Bats-toi jusqu’à la fin du niveau. Récupère des minéraux et utilise-les pour améliorer ton vaisseau.

Nice upgrade system. I really like the limited independent targeting on the weapons. I hope you develop it further.

Good game with a lot potential. Looking forward to more levels and upgrades (a magnet would be most appreciated!).

love it please add a multiplayer option make it fair for touchpads ;-; make those baddie drilly machines easier and kinder that give you cookies and milk and i better be a skeleton with a crashed ship in then next version ~JimPix2008

Controls weren't confusing like pyroxene said. you can figure them out in about 2 seconds. It would be easy enough to implement movement relative to the way you are facing. Just use LookAt to get the quaternion for the direction then multiply that on the left side of the force/movement vectors you are already using for the direction keys. But there's no point, it would be less intuitive controls.
Later Edit: I tried to make that control scheme, the game is unplayable unfortunately. It just doesn't work, you can't dodge and shoot the enemies at the same time. Original comment: Hey, thanks for the feedback. It's a matter of preference, I heard more people suggest that control scheme, going to make it optional in the next version.
