Description

A match-three game with an elemental theme.

Game art designers: Jamie Toogood, Adam Sulivan, Andre Theriault.

Game programmers: Archie Nadon, Graeme Mesheau.

The objective of TetraQuest is to swap one gem with an adjacent one to form a match of three gems. When a match is created, the gems disappear, causing randomly generated gems to fall from the top to take the gem's place, and thus scoring points. There are three different modes of gameplay selectable.

Game Modes:

Basic, relaxed - swap gem with an adjacent one to create a matches.

Beat the clock - try to create as many matches in the time allowed which progresses from four to one minute.

Wild matches - one particular gem, when matched will destroy all related gems, e.g., the sun will destroy all fire gems.

How to Play

Click on gems to swap one gem with an adjacent one to form a match of three gems.

The game gives this jerky feel, I don't think it's really lag related... I liked the different progress indicators for the different elements but the sounds seemed to me rather horrible. Also, it may be just my impression but not every click seems to register.
