Description
City of lost hope is a defense shooter. Your main objective is to destroy as many enemy planes as possible. You can buy 5 different weapons (machinegun, shotgun, laser, missile, flak cannon) and 5 upgrades (armor, damage, rate of fire, area of effect, combo time), and every weapon has its own special upgrade. Each weapon has it’s good and bad sides. There are different enemies with unique behaviour.
Comment jouer
Move mouse to aim and left mouse button to shoot or navigate.
Useful hotkeys:
SPACE – open/close upgrade menu.
ESC – pause/unpause game.
M – mute game.
R – quick repair.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 – change weapon (if you bought one).

It seems like a solid basis for gameplay. It has some Missile Command qualities.

Thanks for fixing. Few observations: The planes move erratically. It would be nice if they were slightly slower overall. My town quit taking damage at some point (I think after an armor upgrade). The weapons seem to need some balancing... shotgun is great, missiles not so much. I'd prefer waves rather than continuous. Eventually more variation in opponents... bosses, etc.

Thanks for the feedback. We really appreciate that. Unfortunately the game was just a test for the engine we wrote so we are not planning on spending more time on that game. Nonetheless, we will try to fix the bug.

you do not take any damages after armor is upgraded to level 3

The game over/submit stuff is broken. Can't upgrade, can't progress.
Sorry for that. There was a problem with kongregate API integration. It should work now.
