Description
Le jeu d’échecs coloré est une variante des échecs, et un excellent défi mental.
Comment jouer
Imaginez un échiquier classique, mais avec des cases colorées à la place des cases noires. Quatre couleurs différentes définissent quatre mouvements différents pour le pion sur chaque case. Un pion sur une case jaune se déplace comme une Reine, sur une verte comme un Cavalier, sur une rouge comme un Fou et sur une bleue comme une Tour. Chaque pion sur une case blanche avance et recule, et capture en diagonale. La partie commence avec les pions sur les cases blanches, chaque joueur choisit l’un de ses pions comme chef. Le cavalier se déplace d’une case comme aux échecs normaux, mais le pion se déplace et capture différemment. La partie se termine lorsqu’un joueur capture le chef adverse.

The knight has a weird movement and the "pawns" really should change appearence when moving into a new square, it is very hard right now to understand what is happening.

I really like the concept, it's chess with a nice twist, but i don't understand the movement of the knight (pawn on green square). It's unlike the movement of the knight in normal chess, now is it?

@ rafa el: Do i understand you are co-developer of the game? I can surely see your point in the knight ending up always on a white square with the normal movement rules, but is this necessarily a bad thing? The way it is now is very confusing for people who do play normal chess. Still, i think it is a really good concept, and give it 4 stars.

if the pawns change appearance when moving into a new square, you´ll think this pawn is a queen, or a bishop for the next movement.
it´s easier in this way

Knight movement is wrong and the concept doesn't really bring anything new to the table. Trying to improve on Chess is a pointless venture.
