Knee and elbow pads? She's scuba diving not in-line skating. If you dive properly, you shouldn't touch anything, and, therefore, not need pads.

erm... it looks like the tragic victim of a homicidal chiropractor. The neck and head are usually only like that when broken. The back leg is also way longer than the front leg.
