Is there a point to the game? I killed myself after awhile just to end it. No upgrades in a bullet hell shooter? Other than the lack of purpose the only 2 suggestions i'd make are 1.) the muffled voice intro is god awful, get rid of it. 2.) Make it a smooth transition rather than randomly jumping from one area to the next. (unless there is a purpose to different areas? I just never saw one)

All you cited in your comment, will be done in a version for devise, only this new project is out of development yet, as I use a program with limitations, it was not possible to explore broader areas for level design. But thanks for the tips! :D
