ummm.., i was playing multipplayer and when enemy would have lost/draw his time run out and the game didn't do anything after that, i had to surrender for me to continue, T.T

This is BS! Everytime I'm winning a PVP match, the opponent lets the time run out and the game freezes. If I reload the page or retreat I loose the match. This is absurd and makes PVP ranking meaningless.
We'll try to patch it up as quick as possible.

Thanks for report. Fixed a bug with global map freese. As to the palyers, the game is crossplatform. (Here, on Russian networks, Android and FB). With current online there would be noone to battle with at all. We'll consider making regional top soon, if there would be enough players. As for now there is native top here on Kong and ingame tops reset each season.
