When it says "Let's rock!" what it means is, once the soldier is wearing the archery armor, drag him to the tower where the arrow is pointing and THEN rock.

I rather like this.
That having been said... The screen move function needs fixing. Badly. The screen jumping all over the place but never where you want it is a serious problem for a game like this. Control with keys instead of mouse would be the way to go there. A&D. Also, the upgrades screen could use some explanation. The icons are intuitive to the author but not necessarily to a player.

Way too complicated. The moving screen makes it even more difficult. Would be better if actions were automatic such as not having to move people around and change armor. Way too complicated of a gameplay system.

cool idea but really could use better implementation having to manually walk down to change types then walk up again doesn't work if you just made that a stop in between going to different types of duty stations automatically that'd be workable another thing is lack of explanation on what each of the upgrades actually do and rather than smooth scrolling when the mouse nears the edge why not jump scroll 5 positions left center right and a half way between center and either side and have it move on keyboard arrow keys or a clicked spot rather than just mouse at the edge
