Comment jouer
Pour détruire le virus rouge, vous devez mettre toutes les pilules en rouge dans les 10 niveaux « virus rouge ». Même règle pour les niveaux « virus violet », « virus bleu » et « virus vert ». touches : flèches pour se déplacer / espace pour valider la couleur de la pilule / entrée pour le menu et la pause

They mean: To complete the level you must change all the pills to the color of level you select at the beginning. So if you select a red level then you need to make them all red by changing the flashing pills colors to the pills around them. For any others who come to play this game, that is what the instructions are trying to say.

3/5... there's an interesting concept here and I had a bit of fun, but the retro 8-bit thing is a dumb gimmick in 90% of games and in this one it just gets too much in the way to be overlooked. Passwords instead of a proper save system? While a small group may look upon the limitations provided by primitive gaming technology and feel fond nostalgia for the inconvenience they provided, most people don't want to bother with writing down some code just to play a flash game.
