There's a fine balance of challenge vs accomplishment that makes these games shine. Facing a challenge tough enough to challenge and winning enough of the time to reward that time invested getting better. Skinner box. The greatest difficulty is definitely the fine tuning. If the camera were further back, players could plan ahead and dobetter. If the spikes were further apart there'd be less chance of being gored. Less character falling would mean players could avoid having to calculate where their guy will fall. But too easy would be boring. I think you're close. Very close. It was a little too difficult in the beginning with not enough reward. Coins? For skins? Not worth the challenge. Something else to keep the attention needs to appear in the first 30 seconds.
It's a clean game though. I'd advise fixing the font styles though - the 'Your best distance' is pixelated but the actual scores are clean cut fonts. They clash.
