It seems that the Badge problem came from Kong’s side and there’s nothing we can do right now. We have talked with Kong guys, but still! We’ll keep you posted about that problem!

My only suggestion would be the ability to customize the boss. It'd be much more satisfying to kick someone who actually looked like your own crappy boss.

The further I got, the more I wished I hadn't put any points into protesters, ex-employees, & construction sites. Why invest into an "upgrade" that can hinder progress when everything else works both automatically AND with better results? I literally reached a point where I alt+tab'd for a few minutes and just let the game play itself for a little while.
