Bug Report: In the Sand Dungeon, lizard village, there's a hole in one of the walls that allows you to walk on the walls.

I hope I don't get penalized for playing the first two games before the update. When this game gets badges, that should not be a requirement for a secret area or something, as I worked hard and had fun, but I don't want to have to redo a lot of that stuff. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to playing it

I beat the Griffin my first try. Of course, I'm using a file that was started on Ch. 1 (re-played it all) and, I haven't beaten 3 yet (of course) but so far, it's phenomonal! You've outdone even yourself, Pseoudolonewolf. You really have.

Dude, this game is amazing. I don't think people realize that back in the day, this kind of game would have been a full-scale production done by a whole team of programmers. You've apparently accomplished that by yourself using flash. The humor is consistently funny and perfectly cheesy in a way that exactly mimics old school RPGs, too. Bravo. Well done. 5/5.

i would like it much more if the totum monsters didnt use splash.. my first time down there the second thing i faught was one and it shielded then used spash for 4 turns in a row... and same with the next time 1 tried, got to the sand part of first area, ran into one, and got owned by spash... should i stay on the stairs moving back and forth finding lizards untill im level 20 and can actually handle an attack without half my hp gone/pray for time to run ALL THE WAY BACK without getting attacked again when mardek is the only one with any health? i loved the first 2, but this ones a bit frusterating...ill keep working at it but that spash move made me ragequit more than once...

i refused to play this game until i had completed the first two mardek rpg games 100% first. let me start by saying if this game were released about ten years ago it would have most likley gone to the top of portable gaming list. the dprites in this game look much more advanced than many you would see in online games nowdays. and the battle scenes just take the game to a whole new level with great drawing and backrounds for a sprite game. the detail and complexity with the lenght and adictivness of this game would put any classic snes rpg to shame. i would not be suprised if when all seven chapters (correct me if im wrong but i think it was seven) of this game are completed you would be contacted buy square enix to port this for the nintendo ds or some sort of handheld gaming system. all in all i would give this game before even finishing completly a 5/5.

With the neat and tidy (Mardek 1 and 2 are not) menus, I realized why I hate Mardek series. Interesting at start, but boring in the long run. I found I've spent 37 minutes with only a sluggish progress. So why? Too much battles!
IMPROVEMENT: Just tone down the battle frequency a bit.

Anyone have an issue not being able to equip accessories because they are stacked? Can you not unstack them? IDK what the deal is o.0

Finally!!! This game is out!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been waiting for such a long time T_T. Don't die Pseudo. Atleast not until you finish the Mardek series. Anyway, I've been playing for a couple of minutes and I was dying to see how Mardek looked after all those years without his helmet, and I noticed that even though you take the helmet off, Mardek still appears as though he was wearing it, and the same thing goes for the armor. I'm guessing the other equipment aswell. I would appreciate it if you would fix this.

It is by no means a Final Fantasy ripoff, I actually enjoyed the little similarities (phoenix downs, cactuars, "thousand needles", etc). I have played the last two episodes before - this is one here is definitely among the best flash games I've played. 5/5

Just signed up to comment on this awesome game :)
(Mardek is around lvl 19 (started at 13), everythings great (difficulty just right, though a choice to diversify damage types further in the beginning would be nice). Love the humor, had me laughing out loud a couple of times.
Now to my big gripe: the additional party members kinda killed my motivation - levelling them + their skills from lvl 9 to lvl 19 is a huge pain - I'm probably just going to keep using my original 4 members and screw the elemental advantages. Maybe change skillpoint system to levelbased distribution of points + keep all partymembers in "party pool" at the max -3 levels from Mardek?
Keep it up, love your games.

The comedic aspect of this series is absolutely unrivaled. :] It actually makes me excited for when the cut-scenes roll around.

This game is very... Diverse. I believe that there are some things that could be tweaked and make it perfect. For instance, I wasn't very enthusiast of the game in the beginning, but for some reasons, probably the amount of new stuff, it got better after the first hour. I realized how much depth this game had. A lot of unnecessery depth mayhaps, but it adds to the immersion in the game as well. The humor is clever at times, even though it's a little bland a others (Do I care about the mage that uses Keystones as a metaphore? No). There's the irony, the real-life references and the other RPG references (I swear the cactus monster are from the random cactus monsters from Final Fantasy)... As a whole, I would give this game a 9/10 rounded to 5/5.

Good work on this. I'm a fellow developer (C++ and Ruby) and I think this is a fantastic experience. Keep up the good work.

Great game. Didn't find the first dungeon too hard before the update, though it took a couple of battles to get the swing of it. It would be great if battles could be sped up. Even with all settings to low Q, it's still pretty sluggish.

A brilliant fusion of the old-school rpgs. All of the entertainment of the early final fantasys in a tiny package. Please don't stop making these games because of a few people who complain, instead let the rating (curently 4.22) speak for itself as this reflects a much wider view of opinions.

People actually write this of as a rip-off of final fantasy, I've been waiting for years on this episode, I thought ti would never come, this si pseudolonewolfs own saga, IT'S NOT A RIP OFF

Looks like a very good game. Perhaps a bit too much for a casual gamer what makes it even more interesting to me. I like the humor but it might be a bit overdone for a serious RPG. And last but not least i have a request: Would be nice if one could see in the shop/blacksmithy if a certain char can use the selected item. Perhaps by letting all chars stand down if they cant use it (like in those Squaresoft games) but a list of Characters that can use it in the description would do it too, might spoil some characters though. Thanks for your great work on this one.

Well i found the Griffin boss was easy i was able to defeat it with out any party member losses, Pro tip use alch fires and cold waters if you start the game without have a saved file i mainly found it easy though because i started off as a level 20 with the champions sword

I don't like it when people make comments of things that aren't related to the game in anyway, especially when its directed straight to the creator, Pseudolonewolf is known for his sarcasm :), but anyway back to the game, it has the humor and fun of the last two with a nice twist. Beautiful game but I wish people would appreciate games more since other people put their work (and thoughts) into it for us (and its for FREE) 5/5 on the game!
