Description
Desolate is a game about a play who must restore color in the world by using a combination of hue, saturation, and brightness. The player must match the worlds color to the color of the man’s memories (displayed inside the player sprite) before the advancing darkness catches up to him

We are in the process of resizing this game to work more fluidly with Kongregate, but for now, if you would like to play, please zoom in on your browser and the game size will adjust.
Try to match the color of the world to the color in your memory (on your avatar).
Use W/S to control Brightness and A/D to control Saturation.
The hue is mapped to the mouse position.

Still a bit in progress, but main mechanics are working and assets are done. Just need to do bug fixes and make the story a bit more clear.

I'm not adjusting jack. Make your game fit the screen.

I think it would be good to start off with less colors in the begining, and then add more as the player figures out what is going on.
