Pauses when not in focus. 6 Upgrades, like 8 minutes of game play.
"Ultrasimple" in the title is an exaggeration of how much content there is.

Thank you for your comment, now it doesn't pause when it loses focus, but runs slower when minimize. Sorry for the lack of features, I added 2 more upgrades anyways

Ultrasimple and Ultraboring. But I like the idea with hospital theme. With more (much more) content it can become great.
