How to play Build and Base 3 : Use your mouse to control. Move mouse to left or right screen to scroll the map. Click on the upper box to create a unit, then place your unit around base. Press W or UP to select all units, Press SPACE BAR to unselect all units, Press A or LEFT to move all selected unit back to base. Press CTRL to auto build all available resources, including creating units.

I see a well-made game, but it's far too complex than it needs to be. The tutorial isn't that helpful because it gives you so much info at once. Once you get the game figured out though, I'm sure it's worth the while.
