WORMIUS51 - Why does moving my blue pieces onto one of the red pieces win? What are the rules? How does the game work?

In the first level, move right, then up. Why do the two grey spheres on the left turn blue? What is the rule?

In that level, if I move left and right, after a while I just lose. Why? How many moves do I get? What are the rules?

In the second level, moving right turns all the grey spheres blue. However, moving up doesn't. What's the difference? What is the rule?

In the third level, sometimes moving kills a red group, sometimes not. Sometimes grey groups turn blue, sometimes not. What are the rules?

My suggestion for the tutorial is to be less cryptic. Explain things using longer sentences. Define terms, like core. Lay out the rules. "When you move a blue group onto a grey group, the entire grey group will turn blue if ..."

This looks like it might be cool. I just can't figure it out yet.

Thank you very much for the feedback. This game has alittle bit of a cyclic feedback issue. People tell me "Tutotrial too long" and then I change and then "Tutorial too short" and so on. After alot of expieramenting I concluded that just saying the 4 rules that this game has does nothing to make people understand. That's why I say "Destroy red" and not "copy your creature such that this pattern which is a red core does not exist on the board". About the grey group and turning blue, you just connect to stuff that's all. Doesn't even matter what color it is. Anyway thanks for your feedback

I also have trouble understanding the rules. After some trying I found out most them. How to destroy red: disrupt the 4 circles with eyes. How to grow. The tentacles should align. How to move: Hold a blue ball and move over the other blue balls. But there are still questions. Why do you split? What determines how many moves you have? What counts as a move? The other commentators are trying to tell the developer that the tutorial is unclear and/or incomplete. Personally I keep losing at level 4 of the tutorial because of a lack of knowledge of the rules. Note to the developer. When people are giving helpful feedback, do not reply passive aggressively.

1. A Creature is defined by two eyeballs attached to colored spheres by conduit lines.
2. The conduit lines determine which spheres are connected.
3. Clicking and dragging any part of the creature to another part of the same creature effectively cuts and pastes that creature to the new location.
4. If the new location has light grey, red, purple, or blue spheres with conduit lines that flow into one of the creatures sphere's conduit lines then that sphere and all of its conduit connected spheres will be added to the creature.
5. The number of moves that the player is allotted is determined by the match type: puzzles and tutorial levels have a set number of turns before game over, VS AI and Multiplayer play as a turn based strategy game.
6. Purple Creatures have four eyes, both red and blue can control them in VS matches, destroy one set of eyes to change them to your color, they are created by destroying your own creatures

Just don't understand how the game works. I've tried for a while and still can't win even the first one.

"The first one" Do you mean the first puzzle? You just .. win. I don't know maybe if you never played games like chess you don't think of just taking stuff.

The tutorial let me make 1 move, then wouldn't respond anymore and the teaching portion didn't tell me anything. Tried the play all, and it gave a bit more information, and allowed more moves, but I don't understand what makes me grow vs just move. The information could be there, but I'm also having a REALLY hard time reading anything other than the red text.

Not going to respond to each comment separately but I can see what you are saying about text visibility. I have been working on the tutorial for so long and thanks for going through it. I don't know if that says anything to you right now but in this game there is no that type of move or this type of move. You only copy the whole thing to the selected location.
