Has anyone noticed that the game on Facebook is now called Hidden Memory/Rooms of Memory, they have changed the game there but not on this site. I think we can forget them fixing this game. It has been way too long with no word from anybody. It is a shame because I really enjoyed playing this game but I am tired of checking everyday to see if this game has been fixed. Shame on the Developers for not fixing this game and I think they should have to pay everyone back that spent money on this game.

Maybe I was naive and idiotic, but despite the whole "energy" business I still liked the game an enjoyed playing it a lot. Now that it's completely broken for reasons beyond our understanding and that I've lost my login streak due to the very same problems - yeah, my opinion definitely changed for the worse.

It doesn't matter how nice your game looks or how fun it is to play if you limit the playability with an energy cost that takes time to replenish. I know why you did it (money), it just makes you a developer of bad games and therefore a bad game developer.

You have some lovely artwork, beautiful music, and the potential for a great, long-term game. However, the repeated and continual loading issues and the flawed energy mechanics make this game almost completely unplayable. I want to love this game, but your lack of support is forcing me to give up on it. What a shame, because there are so many possibilities here.

I can't get mine to load either. Facebook loads with no problem but not here. Hopefully you can fix this soon, I really enjoy playing this game twice a day. Also thanks for fixing the energy. Makes it where I can play almost 3 times a day for a little while

I would like to know why we are getting information from other players than from the developers. Thanx sept1973 for the update. It is nice to know that they are going to work on it. I would like to know why this game works on Facebook but won't work here. I like this game and play it on Facebook everyday but I was much further along on this site and I don't like having to start over from the beginning. Please fix this game so we can ALL get back to it. Thank you!!!!

Multiple times now the game has gotten stuck on the loading screen after an exploration quest and the quest item has disappeared from my inventory. That gets old fast, especially if the quest item requires a certain searching condition.

"Loading the game the first time takes a little longer... but it's worth it!" Actually it's not worth it, no, not anymore. Maybe I'll revisit this game in a month or so to see whether it's still broken.

HILARIOUS!!!!!!!! And here I am faithfully logging in every day thinking that one of these day, the bug will be fixed. Turns out the whole game will be going out of commission. Thanks for the update 101XP games... definitely winning big points amongst gamers... NOT!

Let me get this straight. You bring this game in to attract more people. Regardless of others saying you're doing this for the money, the game gains popularity. You give loyal players bonuses for logging in every day and let them play more frequently, but do not address the freezing issue that everyone is talking about. Now here we are, the game won't even load (at least it can't freeze in game), and you are still silent towards us. Why are you not talking to the new audience that wants to enjoy your game?

Lol, I login today to find the game is still broken, but there is a new special offer if I choose to pay for crystals right now! Why would anyone give money to a broken game when there is no indication that the developers intend to fix it.

I sent them a private message early on Saturday, Jan 7, with data from the game's log file (see the right-click menu) and got a reply from them saying they'll "deal with this asap". No more information from them since then.

Absurd. In this nickel and dime ecosystem that the devs created based on REAL nickels and dimes (Kreds) I'm more than curious to see what their recourse will be. Not addressing issues with paid content devalues the entire point of Kreds for Kong members. When you consider that for only a few bucks on iOS or Android, a player can immediately unlock all content on hidden object titles from BigFish, G5 etc. and have full customer support, RoM appears nothing more than a scam at this point. Just sent in a bug report, for all the good it will probably do. If the developer is doing anything to fix the game or has any intention of doing so they sure have a very strange way of showing it.

@TheJesus's comment is more or less my problem as well. However, the rewards end up in your inventory when the game disconnects, they just don't get counted against quests. I have two of the secret flashlights, but still can't complete that quest.

This game has one bug after another, since I've been playing I have had rooms that wouldn't load then the problem with the xmas decorations, and now we are back to rooms not loading, it is getting very tedious

The library level has frozen on me three times in a row, preventing me from being able to complete missions, even though I've collected the quest item every time. If you're going to limit the amount of gameplay available to people by having them pay for more energy or waiting for hours at a time, is it too much to ask to work out theses types of bugs? This is just shoddy...

I was alright with the time it takes to be able to play again, even though I'd love to just be able to play this non-stop. It is a beautiful game, and this kind of game is right up my alley. I cannot stand that the game keeps freezing, losing my items, and I HAVE to use the gems to complete a quest! Now, recently, the game won't load anymore for me. What's going on here?

(last try to send my COMPLETE message) : Loading the game the first time takes a little longer...but it's worth it. Loading the rooms the last time takes an infinity...I doubt if it's still worth it? Begging the developer to fix it takes an eternity...so I start thinking that maybe it is NOT worth it :\ ... (Especially when even my comments are not appearing entirely eh)

Problem: the game randomly hangs after a level is completed and the items gained are deleted upon a browser refresh (only way to get it working again). This has been reported by other users but is not resolved. Please address this problem or lose your players.

Hated to do it but I flagged the game because the developer seems unwilling to pay attention to the kongregate version issues in a timely manner.
