The library level has frozen on me three times in a row, preventing me from being able to complete missions, even though I've collected the quest item every time. If you're going to limit the amount of gameplay available to people by having them pay for more energy or waiting for hours at a time, is it too much to ask to work out theses types of bugs? This is just shoddy...

Still not working. Still no sign of any f*s given by the devs. At this point only one question remains: Why the heck do I keep coming back?

I was alright with the time it takes to be able to play again, even though I'd love to just be able to play this non-stop. It is a beautiful game, and this kind of game is right up my alley. I cannot stand that the game keeps freezing, losing my items, and I HAVE to use the gems to complete a quest! Now, recently, the game won't load anymore for me. What's going on here?

(last try to send my COMPLETE message) : Loading the game the first time takes a little longer...but it's worth it. Loading the rooms the last time takes an infinity...I doubt if it's still worth it? Begging the developer to fix it takes an eternity...so I start thinking that maybe it is NOT worth it :\ ... (Especially when even my comments are not appearing entirely eh)

Problem: the game randomly hangs after a level is completed and the items gained are deleted upon a browser refresh (only way to get it working again). This has been reported by other users but is not resolved. Please address this problem or lose your players.

Hated to do it but I flagged the game because the developer seems unwilling to pay attention to the kongregate version issues in a timely manner.

RE Dev update: Please enjoy other 101XPgames? Seriously? I'd sooner find a street shell game or perhaps an Amway Ponzi scheme than invest any time or money with these clowns. Way to pollute the Kong pool.

That is so wrong! Why the hell could you have not bothered to say this a month ago or at the very least fix the game before you drop support for it here. I was planning on joining this game on facebook but if this is how you treat customers, to hell with that!

So this game doesn't work for almost a month now and you post a "special offer" to buy in-game content for cash? Now that is an entire new flavour of shameless. You certainly update this game because there is (I guess) new content with these festivity stuff, but you still completely disregard the fact that many people can't use it. You don't even take the 3 minutes to post an update or comment here saying "Sorry folks, we won't/can't repair this, so play this game over here or there."

The one thing (cripe, the only thing) I want to see above all else is an update. Between comments, PMs, and a still-active fanbase about this game, is 2-3 sentences informing us of the developer's progress too much to ask for?

Well, I won't join Facebook because I can play there. I don't want to start all over as I'm already Level 68. Plus I share Iltis' opinion of FB ;-)
It is a pity that noone listens, I've also sent a bug report etc. with no response at all :-(

Such a nice game, except that the energy makes it basically unplayable... It takes 2.5 hours to charge what I need to explore once, and when you can't get the items you need for quests, you can't even level...

I want to like this game so much, but between the broken loading screens and the severe energy requirements, this game is almost unplayable without an ungodly amount of patience.

I can't believe they didn't just have the decency to tell everyone a month ago that they weren't intending to fix the game. What a waste of time. I imagine many people will make sure they never play a game by 101XPgames again!

I want to apologise to my friends in-game - as the rooms no longer load I have not been tempted to log in daily - I will check in weekly only for a few weeks - if anyone knows of a similar game on kong ... please message me :)

@Zshadow: Aside from comments, I have flagged the game and used the report bug option more than once. I will keep sending a bug report every week until morale improves. I still want to play this game. However, between my comments and bug reports, I have given more updates about this game on Kongregate than the developer. That makes me sad.

its sad that you have to go to facebook to play the game so why do you not fix the game here?its been to long for you to say you forgot so i think it was done this way so people would have to go to facebook.but to let people know there are outher hidden object games on kongregate.i have found some not like this one still looking.but they are still pretty cool.

I can't believe they added new content but didn't add a message to acknowledge the fact that the main part of the game hasn't worked for weeks! This is just ridiculous!

The game works again, but NO ROOM WILL LOAD !!!
And I've lost my entrance to the dragon room, I have to do the first room with the Pink eggs 3 times again ! haaaa.....

It already loads the gamebut when it comes to a puzzle the game just freezes... is there someone from the game development team listening to us? no response or anything. maybe we should just rate them and drop them a few stars so they would realize how angry fans are of them already. please do something about this.
