I wonder if this game is broken permanently? It has been quite a few days now with no message to explain why the game is down. I'm glad I haven't spent any money on this game and how anyway who has will be able to get a refund if it remains unplayable.

Hated to do it but I flagged the game because the developer seems unwilling to pay attention to the kongregate version issues in a timely manner.

"Energy time reduced to 3 mins. Hope you all enjoy it, good luck!" Yeah, but there's no way to use the energy anymore since we can't enter rooms...

(last try to send my COMPLETE message) : Loading the game the first time takes a little longer...but it's worth it. Loading the rooms the last time takes an infinity...I doubt if it's still worth it? Begging the developer to fix it takes an eternity...so I start thinking that maybe it is NOT worth it :\ ... (Especially when even my comments are not appearing entirely eh)

It finally loaded for me, took 45 min. then I try to get into the Hotel and it would not load. When I refreshed the game now it won't load at all again. Please fix this problem ASAP!!!!! Thank you.

Finally managed to unlock the Ifrit Palace and now I can't explore it or complete any tasks, don't think I'll be finishing these in the time limit!

great game... I´ve been playin for a couple weeks, but suddenly I cannot load any or the rooms anymore, the loading screen jams the game. Any suggestion?. Thanks.

You have some lovely artwork, beautiful music, and the potential for a great, long-term game. However, the repeated and continual loading issues and the flawed energy mechanics make this game almost completely unplayable. I want to love this game, but your lack of support is forcing me to give up on it. What a shame, because there are so many possibilities here.

It already loads the gamebut when it comes to a puzzle the game just freezes... is there someone from the game development team listening to us? no response or anything. maybe we should just rate them and drop them a few stars so they would realize how angry fans are of them already. please do something about this.

Maybe I was naive and idiotic, but despite the whole "energy" business I still liked the game an enjoyed playing it a lot. Now that it's completely broken for reasons beyond our understanding and that I've lost my login streak due to the very same problems - yeah, my opinion definitely changed for the worse.

The game works again, but NO ROOM WILL LOAD !!!
And I've lost my entrance to the dragon room, I have to do the first room with the Pink eggs 3 times again ! haaaa.....

Yep, the game is still not loading for most -- maybe all? -- on kong. Considering it's a holiday I doubt they fix it today.

Either try using any other browser instead of chrome, or:
1. Download and install flash plugin from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (ignoring that "chrome has already got one built-in")
2. Open chrome://plugins, disable the built-in one there and enable common system flash plugin
To developers: shouldn't you be the ones to explain it?

I will add my voice to those who say it doesn't load. I wrote to the creator of the game as well as sent Kong a message under "Report Bug." I hope they do something about this.
