I strongly believe players who spent kreds here shall ask for full refund of kreds, because Heavens on FB could also be closed within few months too!

That was the PM I received from AnnaC27. As they only sent me a PM and not a public reply, I decided to post it for everybody to see it. I played for 3 months, to get to Level 6, so restarting from scratch with half the diamonds I bought, is not really acceptable

@Albatros2000, is that true? If so this game, just scammed everyone from half the money they spent (more if you don't recover the account) and all the time they used to play the game. I see no forum thread that talks about the refund policy so i must assume they don't want people to get their money back...

I do not have a Facebook account for you to offer me a deal on, so Kreds would be find (only for the diamonds i have not spent)

To the Developers:- Could you please let us know what is happening about refunds of Kreds or how you will be handling this detail.
I must say simply ignoring this situation when you have had such loyal customers (yes, customers!) which you have encouraged to spend real money on your game, i find a bit distastful.

- So the refund policy is apparently half the Diamonds you purchased, but only if you ask for it, and have a FB Account. I would prefer to have my character with my achievements and badges moved instead of restarting from scratch after playing for 3 months

@2reallife...this is a really great game. I have marked it as one of my favorites. Some of the previously mentioned complaints are somewhat valid but easily fixed or overcome somehow. It is sad for me not to be able to play it at Kongregate anymore and I would like to continue playing it even if I lose my current character. Closing already? You guys only lasted 4 and a half months. What happened, not enough people buying diamonds? I'm glad this game didn't get badges. Sorry, sorry. I am a bit sour about the diamond-buying thing ingame. The gameplay was alright for a match-3 game, but the mechanics for damage were a tad unbalanced. Thanks for trying, I hope to see this game on Facebook or something in the future. Do you all feel generous enough to do a going-away free infinite diamonds for everyone party before leaving for good?

Great, spending much time in playing and then it's been closed on Kongregate. I'm happy not to have spent any money on that. And i'll never do for a Flashgame. I would have played this game for longer, but it's not good enough to start again on another side from the beginning.

you are losing players fast and i am about ready to quit myself. nonstop error messages troubles loading the game page and the game itself and no maintenance in over 2 months doesnt exactly show you care if this game dies or not

What is with the "browser cookies must be purged" wall that I am getting when I try to load in the game? I delete my cookies and the message still appears. I think it is something other than what cookies I have in my browser. Anybody?

i really dont know how this game works. i mean, at the beginning of a battle, i sometime keep losing hp eventhough enemy does not has mana to cast any spell or has 3 skulls matched. Sometimes, i just be killed for no reason, no skull matched, no spell used, nothing...

Don't lie by saying « everithing in The Heavens can be earned without payments ». Without payments, it'll take decades to progress in this game. Your game is excellent, that's just the pay-to-win (you can say pay-to-progress-faster if you like) aspect which is unbearable. Pity !

repair = 30k crystals or diamond again
avatar = diamond with the insane of ammount
upgrading cult spells = diamond
