Beautiful. One of my favorite games on here. I think one of the best little details is that the "fish" interact with one another on a small level. Swimming towards the bottom & watching a large fish tear another in half was exciting! Amazing game, 5/5.

is anyone else having a problem where your fisherthing won't go up? I seem to jump in the water and no amount of pushing W or up will let me surface. I just keep dying over and over.

Another "Unspoken Mechanic" so to speak, hitting a fishes head off will kill it after 5 seconds max. This can lead to highly efficient kills with melee bolt.

@dad_o_oh: You need to hit fish enough so that they split in half. Then you need to move your character over the fish pieces and you will automatically pick the fish pieces up.

Wow. Guys, I totally recommend any game you can find by Eli Piilonen. I've played several of his games, and all of them are addictive and creepy, especially at the ends. As for this game, I liked the unique gameplay and the minor storyline. Great game!

The music is awesome, but in case anyone is confused you can mute the game. Its just a rightclick menu option instead of a game menu option

Regarding characters, the fish looks pretty fine, much like eels, but I wonder what kind of a creature I control. Also, I love the nightmare feature. I used to experiment with such stuff in my game of Snake. For instance, a snake could wake up and find itself endless, or have an apple dodging it... Several different dreams were supported. So, while playing your game since day 2, I expected some dream-specific features to happen every day, trembling a bit. This must have been a significant part of the game's charm to me. And, of course, that mystery-casting music is awesome.

Jesus Christ! I had goosebumps when the 'Showtime!' message popped up. And then I saw another light source... So fcking eerie. Love the concept and the music (although I was pissed there's no mute button at first, which now I understand why there isn't one). 5/5
