Awesome game, wish there was a lot more like this game. Earned both hard badges, little bit of over kill tho, such a great challenging game like the Meat Boy series, ideally combine the hard badges & have time trials on each level that are set very hard & make it an Impossible badge, site needs more Impossible badges, but too late now, just my view. Rated 5*

gets very annoying on the last level the crux qwhen you get the white pill hit the switch and are on that little platform because when you jump you fall past it and die unless you use up valuable puke and if you do not enough to complete it really annoying.

OHMYGOD! This game is so annoying! The idea was pretty good but the execution - not so much. The amount of times I've died because I was NEAR some spikes. And I know the reload time is only about 2 seconds, but that seems like an age when you're dying 50+ times per level. Done, and never coming back.

Who else like to listen to music while playing this and make the little guy sing along with the song? ...just me? ...okay then.

i swear sometimes i die standing on the platform next to the spikes but clearly not on then. anyone else getting this?

For someone who hates seeing anything gross, Why do I feel perfectly fine playing a game where you swim in your own puke?

Realy Original and Challenging Game, but the 2 Hard Badges was worth it. I dont want to blame the Game, but sometimes i used the Black Spewer and build for me a "Bridge" or a "Block" i can jump on, he something falling straigt down as there is nothing. But still 4/5

I'm on the level called the Crux and after I get the white glue and push the button, you need to hop over to the yellow people with this gap in the wall.
At first I did it every time
Now if I'm holding D against the wall I'll just slide right past the hole
it's so annoying. x-x
