I like the reference to the movie War Games "Oh, we could play Global Thermonuclear War! ...Or maybe we'll go with Tic Tac Toe."

A comment on the design: the bits flowing to your home base should be skippable. When you get to about 10k per level, it gets annoying.

Did anyone else actually tear up at the end, or was it just me? I know, its just a game and a computer in a game, but it seemed... familiar.

As someone who suffers from chronic depression, this hit home particularly hard for me. Any game that draws me in enough to care about the story and character is a good game in my books. Another important thing; the controls are really intuitive and add to rather than detract from the experience. Great work 5/5

I question weather I'll survive my own zero writes, the flash covers up the bullets shot at me and I sometimes might fly right into them... Also Bits are a common problem...

5/5? It's not perfect? 5/5 = 100%. That's a perfect score. You insult others for having an opinion. You have an opinion, so using your logic, you also have no life. How illogical and nonsensical.
I think what bugs me the most about this game is how it seems to try to use a GLaDOS type character. The voice was kind of annoying. It would sound nicer with better voice editing. I saw some parts where there was suppose to be humor. Wasn't funny at all. GLaDOS is also an acronym. The characters are the same in many ways, except this character is annoying to listen to.
The bits littering the screen like this is unneeded. The bits are suppose to help you, not make the game harder. When you are fully upgraded, they do nothing but harm for you. I died many times because I couldn't see a small enemy or bullet underneath the wall of bits homing in on me.
I've played funner games similar to how this one is. This game is a 2/5 for me.

This game depressed me... The storyline is really sad... The developer took the entire bottle and never came back. :(
But the rest of the game was fun: Even fully upgraded, the final boss was difficult, and levels took a few attempts to finish, although not too many.
