Why wouldn't you let me take that lock? It sounded fairly expensive, and I'm sure I could have turned a decent profit by selling it. Also, I would have enjoyed taking that note, if only so I'd have something to write on. Worst of all, I couldn't I pick up my hands! I should at least be able to sort of shuffle them into my pockets for later, just in case. Honestly, this sort of railroading completely violates the spirit of adventure games. The railroading is supposed to be much more complicated and involve nonsensical event sequences! Oh well, I suppose I can still give you a 5/5 for effort.
