I am sorely tempted to give this game 1/5 for sheer ironic content, but no. I sarcastically input 5/5, thus defying the developer's twisted reality scheme and condeming him/her to the warp zone! MWA-HA-HA!!! (Just kidding. Awesome game, one of the best concepts I've ever seen, needs a sequel. Pretty please with cherries on top?)

I FOUND A WAY TO GET THE ACHIEVEMENT WITHOUT COMPLETING!!!!
1) On main menu, right click>rewind, you'll see the loading screen on background. 2)Then again right click and click "play", now the loading screen will start flashing. 3) Right click>foward, you should hear an explotion. If not, repeat from step 1. Now wait some seconds and - HERE IT IS! - Achievement earned!
It's too easy, 1/5!

Quinn's Review: There are many games in the style of Achievement Unlocked, but this is the first I've seen since the original with the gentle wit to do credit to the genre. Basing the concept on the inane commentary attached to all games on Kong feels fond rather than angsty. I only wish two things: I didn't have to cycle through five or six levels in sequence just to play one particular game; and I wish completing the achievements was rewarded with an achievement.

He kind of started off making making that point but towards the end I feel he abandoned that and simply went for "stop complaining and enjoy the freeware." A good bit of those single-line comments, things like "No WASD?" and "controls need work," are helpful but are often down voted in favor of popular white noise like "i like this game" and "sequel plz," or the irritatingly popular "+ for badges." People need to learn to simply ignore the stuff that actually is non-constructive rather than beating it down where ever it appears, because otherwise they begin to mistake even legitimate criticism for it and then both players and developers lose.

I don't think the developer is trying to throw around jokes here. He's criticizing the audience for criticizing games in ridiculous ways. People bitch about how they have to pay kreds to play certain games, and rate it lower, because of the fact that even game developers have to eat. People rate games lower because it may appeal to girls and not guys, even though there are girl gamers among us. People rate games higher because of sex appeal, isn't that kind of perverted? People rate games lower because its too difficult, why can't they just suck it up? People rate games lower because it's a "clone" or "just another tds". I think people should just stop complaining and enjoy the freeware that other people are putting out for the public to play, for FREE. 5/5 because its sending a message to the community, something that most games don't have.

I'm glad that someone finally had the courage to call the community out on the absurd, binary, and unfair ways that they rate things. So many things in this game are sad because they're true. You sir deserve a medal. (Ironically, the target audience is unlikely to "get it", which will probably lead to them rating it low anyway...which is kind of sad and funny at the same time.)

Frankly, this is to tell us users not to give useless and unnecessary criticisms to developers. Give credits where credits due. Everyone wanna make a living though :)
