BUG! Maybe... The Workshop says I have upgraded damage twice, "20", but I did it 3 times, and towers say +30. Nothing major.

And, I don't really like the fact that the damage the towers do is variable. If you were going to make it a constant number, make it the higher number. :)

Might be easier to evaluate if there were a few more levels.
The interval between low level towers (cost 15) and the next level of towers (cost 200) is too great. A more reasonable cost would be in the range of 50 to 90.

Played much of TDs too and this ain´t the best nor the worst one thing it is how ever FUN to play giving ya 3/5 for now

Little bug in fire towers. Fire towers sees 1 kill as multiple kills. Ended the game on medium with 10K money to spare.

arrow towers are better than cannon towers. They damage to cost ration for the best arrow tower compared to the best cannon tower is 1.3 to 1, aka, you will get 1.3 points of damage per gold spent on the arrow tower while the cannon tower you get a 1 to 1 ration. Upgrades to damage from the workshop equate to 19 points of damage per second for an arrow tower, and only 15 for the cannon, since it shoots slower.

thanks for the mods...bearing in mind that TD type games are my all time favourite, i've just completed the hard mode with 50 lives left - a newcommer to the format might not have faired so well - but would have survived and hopefully got hooked! Very much looking forward to the full game - have fun!

dude on EASY its as hard as the beginning version on hard i got pulverized and make it so we keep our money through out the rounds

suggestions:
make beginning lvls easier because people give up the first 5 rounds and people arent willing to sacrifice a couple lives to survive to game.
Make fire tower weaker, all i did the laster 5 lvls was upgrade 2 fire towers and it owned all the monsters within 2 hits.

ok as it's a beta i guess you want sensible feedback. this has great potential but you need an instant hook - being beaten 10 times before you realise that upgrade, upgrade, upgrade is the only way isn't it...seriously, if you want people to rise to your challenge you have to get them hooked and that will happen if you make the earlier levels slightly easier - looking forward to seeing this develope!

initial levels too difficult to get money to upgrade etc, cant get past lvl3 and only get there because of the amount of lives. looking forward to finished product!

yeah lebowski ... i'm having the same problem ... even in wave 1 i didnt get all creeps ... and so i didnt get enough money to upgrade anything. i tryed 10 different tower settings .. nothing works

willt - I've just done an upload that reduces the gold on monsters / damages on towers, should even things out a little better than before. You're right, there should be better upgrades and unlocks from the workshop / lab, I'll put that on my list, maybe some of the higher-level towers need to be researched first etc.

the first one was more balanced. must put limits on workshop and lab (makes it too easy) In fact i dont think you need them for it to be a good game, unless they give you access to better upgrades. stacking upgrades possible? but overall better.

towers should deal less damage or creeps need more health cuz after the first few levels i had thousands of gold and jsut did whatever i wanted. also i could only play high helm. even after i beat it i couldnt get access to the other lvls

I've added the damage/range bonuses to the tower info, I think it was actually working but it wasn't displaying the bonus before.

At the moment it randomly selects the path for each monster from the available routes. I don't know if I'll keep it like that, it helps mix up the monsters a bit but it can uneven it.

Finished the lvl with 2 flame towers fully upgraded and 1 scout tower on each path, and more than 18000 gold. Must be balanced. Also, the creep balance between the two path isn't good. I had maybe 10 creeps more on the left path at each level.

I accidentally uploaded with a change I made that had arrow towers doing 0 - 1 damage so I could test something heh. It's been fixed.

1st lvl arrow towers do no damages to creeps (1-1 damage on 50 HP creeps...)
It would be nice if the first wave could be launch manually instead of after 20 seconds, time to check the map, the towers...
Canon towers are almost as fast as arrow towers. Fire tower shoot too fast.
Round 1 description doesn't mention the boars.
Improvements made in workshop should appear on towers.
Trolls aren't strong against arrows.
Non-imbued towers have special habilities (just indicated, doesn't apply).
